CX2 Service is the work of making CX2 Open run in a specific building. It is carried out by CX1.
It typically covers technical clarification and review of data sources, installation and configuration of the edge server, integration with the building management system, import and verification of data points, AI-assisted mapping of the points to the Brick model with manual quality assurance, dashboards and commissioning analyses, documentation, handover and training of the staff who will use the data.
The building owner chooses the scope: from a complete setup where CX1 handles the whole process, to individual tasks by time spent where the owner's own technicians do the rest.
